Katharine,
You do a post on your blog as you usually do, but write 10 honest things about yourself, and tag 7 other bloggers who might want to do the same. If you want the sign pictured, you’d just drag it off this site and onto your desktop or into your picture files, and then post it on your blog the same way you’d normally post a photo. And you’d make the links to the other bloggers – mine and the seven you tag – live to their blogs. They will make their mention of being tagged by you a live link to you. My guess is the real purpose of this, other than having fun, is to spread the word about your blog to more people.
