Report From An Opinionated Gardener – July 19

Breakfast this morning was plain yogurt, walnuts, homemade granola and freshly picked blueberries and raspberries. Superfoods. Blueberries, oats, walnuts and yogurt are included in common lists of foods that good for your health.

I think that what makes my breakfast super is the fact that I spent time outdoors planting, weeding, and tending to the berry bushes.

The berries are so jewel-like that this morning meal is satisfying visually as well.
