Garden Reports and Rejoicing – November 24 – In the Spirit of Thanksgiving Week
Dear Kale,
When I bought you in September you were attractive but not very colorful. You were undemanding after I placed you in the garden, however, and didn’t even complain when I didn’t notice the slug damage right away. I’m glad that the Sluggo got rid of them…sorry it took me so long to apply it.
Now that we’ve had several cold nights you have become the most brilliant plant in the garden. Thanks for providing such gorgeous color and reminding me that good things can indeed come from stressful situations.
