Report From An Opinionated Gardener – September 26
When I went into the kitchen to make coffee this morning I found a bowl of freshly picked raspberries and a small bouquet on the cutting board. My husband was up earlier than I, and had picked the berries and made the bouquet for me. This small bunch of flowers was so sweet, and the idea to create it so loving, that it started my day in the best possible way.
Remember the Practice Random Acts of Kindness movement? Perhaps we should extend this to encouraging people to create and give away Random Small Bouquets. Tomorrow I’m driving into Boston, and will bring one along in case the opportunity arises to give it away.
If you make one for someone, let me know.
